Fully-independent, private and self-contained, the apartment consists of: - Small bedroom with double bed 140x200cm and desk (no window) - Large bedroom with 2 single beds ( option to have a king size bed available) and chest of drawes - Comfortable lounge/dinning area with fireplace and bay window opening on the courtyard. - Well-equipped, recently renovated kitchen with electric oven, electric hot plates, microwave and appliances (filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette set) - Functional bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. - Large outdoor area with paved courtyard (private) with built-in barbecue and access to large grass area with amazing mountain views . Outdoor table, umbrella, chairs (x4) and sun loungers (x2) provided. - Safe and secure on-site parking with automatic gate. Driveway is shared with owners. - Unlimited Wifi, TV - Portable cot, baby chair and baby bath tub available. - Bedding provided. Please bring your own towels and bath mat.

You will notice that our road is full of cyclists tackling one of the many hill climbs in the surrounding environment

Conseils de déplacement de l’hôte : Once you arrive, the town centre is 4KM away. If motivated you can walk through the bush trail or ride the bike however it is most easily accessed by car. There are also hiking, mountain-bike trails and road-bike itineries at the doorstep. In Summer and winter, free buses run into the centre and up to the ski resort Semnoz, throughout the day. The bus stop is 4 minutes walk away.

A comfortable and peaceful place to relax, while making the most of the beautiful natural surroundings.
